Billing, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Subscriptions
Prices, billing periods, included features, and applicable taxes are shown before checkout. Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period until canceled. Stripe processes payments when billing is enabled.
Cancellation
You may cancel through account billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Access remains available through that period unless the account is terminated for misuse or the law requires another result.
Refunds
Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, completed subscription charges are non-refundable and partial billing periods are not prorated. Contact Support promptly about duplicate charges, billing errors, or a service failure.
EU and UK consumers
If mandatory consumer law gives you a withdrawal, cancellation, refund, or conformity right, that right applies regardless of this policy. Contact Support to exercise it. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Changes and failed payments
We will present material price or renewal changes before they take effect where required. Failed or reversed payments may result in restricted paid features after reasonable notice.
