Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited use

You may not use the service to:

• submit false, deceptive, plagiarized, or fraudulent application information;
• impersonate another person or organization, or misrepresent authority or eligibility;
• upload malware, exploit vulnerabilities, disrupt the service, or bypass access and usage controls;
• scrape, harvest, reverse engineer, or make automated requests except through an expressly authorized interface;
• infringe privacy, intellectual-property, confidentiality, or other legal rights;
• use AI output without reviewing it when accuracy or truthful representation matters;
• generate unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, or harmful content; or
• share credentials, resell access, or use another person's account without authorization.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected misuse and limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or others. We may preserve or disclose information when legally required. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to contact support.
